The role also involves rock picking, managing tractor-trailers, and maintaining accurate records using the Safe Ag Systems to support efficient farm operations.

The Homestead Assistant supports farm operations by ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the main homestead, team accommodations, and guest areas. Responsibilities include general housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and kitchen maintenance, as well as delivering meals to the team and assisting with grocery shopping. Additional duties may include light gardening tasks such as mowing and weeding to maintain the Homesteads outdoor spaces.
